I purchased a Mickey Statue (Mickey's Sourcer) yesterday. It was the last one there for $55.00.

They told me all I needed was 3 AAA batteries because the hat was suppose to light up. When I got home I put in 3 brand new AAA batteries and it won't work. I'm still trying to resolve this problem so hopefully I will have good news soon. But as of right now not a happy camper.

I feel that good customer service would of let us try this product before bought. When I asked them to try it they just said they didn't have any extra batteries and were sure that when I got home and put them in it would be good. I bought this thinking it would make a cute night light.

I wish I never purchased it. My only advice is if it don't work at the store don't buy it.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $59.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Merchandise i purchased.

I didn't like: That it was damaged.

I'm confused about why you thought they would let you try it in the store? I've never even heard of that. Glad they resolved it for you.


This has been resolved and very happy with results. They were very good about solution.
