My husband and I spent a great deal of time buying annual passes at Disney Springs. We went to Epcot where we had a dining package for the Candlelight Processional.

We could not get in and had to spend considerable time at guest (lack of) services to straighten this out. Today we went to Animal Kingdom and again could not get in and again had to wait in line for guest (lack of ) services. Not sure if the issue is resolved but we were told the passes were non-refundable. What a business--you can sell passes that are unusable and the refuse to refund the purchase price.

After getting in we noticed that it was crowded everywhere and you could not do any attraction without a fast pass which is extremely had to get using their app. The restaurant we ate at had good food but the dining area was filthy. The entire park needed to be swept and the women's bathroom had toilets that were overflowing and no paper towels.

We are paying a lot of money for this and the service, etc. is horrible.

Reason of review: passes don't work.
