In the last three years we have visited a Disney Theme park and Have not been able to enjoy any of the amenities because of the wait times. I have spent money to do nothing but walk around.

This last time it was Animal Kingdom and the rides we anywhere to 75 Minute to 115 minute wait. We couldn't even do the Maharajah jungle trek because it was closed. Even the indoor rides were closed when we seemed to reach our destination. Smokers like Disney too but Disney doesn't like smokers by placing only one section for us to go at each end of their parks.

It also seems that the walking paths in all parks are made of material that by the end of the day you feel as though you have been walking on hot coals. This time, I had a ticket that could not be used because the person was having health issues and I found that Disney doesn't return your money. I can transfer it or use it at another time but, No return. No More Visits to Disney parks ever.

Universal Studios will be where we return time and time again. They like smokers, they refund money and we can always enjoy the rides over, and over and over...Their Fast pass works like a charm.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $979.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Walt Disney World Cons: Never to return, No refunds, Long wait, Amenities closed, Show times stink.

First, it's a theme park theme parks have lines. Second, why din't you use fastpass?

Third you do realize the shows are at specific times you can't just wander up at any old time. Fourth all refurbs and closures are posted months in advance and there are never that many at one time at one park.

Fifth there are more than one smoking areas at each park, In magic Kingdom there is one in frontier land and one by space mountain and by the rapunzel restrooms, at Hollywood studios there is one by TOT and one by launch bay, and one by echo lake, AK has one by Dinosaur, there is one in Africa and one at the Oasis, Epcot hase main entrance, by Coral Reef , by Test Track, Norway, China, Germany, Italy, UK. And when you buy disney tickets it says no refunds.

We have tried Fast pass before at the Disney Parks and they didn't work either. I realize that they are theme parks and there will be lines but, waiting long periods of time for each and every ride, you still have limited access to the entire park for the day.

And at the time we visited, there was no refurbs and/or no reason for closures. (No bad weather, No breakage in operation, etc) They were just closed. And smoking areas, yes, 3 in Magic Kingdom across 142 acres, 3 in Hollywood studios across 154 acres and possibly 3 in Animal Kingdom across 580 acres...Easy access, right Let me tell you what I found out since my post. 1.

Vacationers from other states reserve there ride times months in advance which (knocks Florida Residents out of the window on any given trip) 2. Florida Residents don't get discounts on tickets as advertised. 3. The reason your feet feel as if you have walked on hot coals all day is because the Disney Parks were designed where at ground level you have Costume changes, Disney Character break areas, Hair stylists, make up artists, etc and Administrative Offices.

On top of that is where you have the rides, the shows, landscaping and designs, lights and the magic.

So you're actually walking on the Roof all day in smoldering heat. More power to you on your trips to the Disney Parks....I won't go, ever
