Move to Alabama or Georgia already!
Been there in 2018 before the dark times came, and now, my next visit is in question. They have really gone overboard with the wokeness, and certainly the price to actually get in.
Back in the unpleasantness of 2020-****, security required EVERYBODY to wear a mask, and if you were caught on a ride not wearing one, you, and everyone else in the ride vehicle, got punished with no PhotoPass photo! Wearing masks in a subtropical climate is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH, UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES!
Thankfully, theyve relaxed the policy, but still encourages it.
Secondly, their woke capitalism has gone WAY too far! They are changing rides to better promote diversity and inclusion, and worst of all, they are being punished by the State of Florida by removing their private government, the Reedy Creek Improvement District, for apparently, disagreeing to the so-called Dont Say Gay bill in Florida.
My advice to Disney: relocate Disney World to either Birmingham, AL or Atlanta, GA (I live near both of these cities), and make the new resort bigger and better, and more kid-friendly.

Had the Worst first experience ND trip to Disney World... took my family for the first time decided to park hop 1 day there we went at 12 so we can stay all day for parade ND fireworks but come to find out they closed at 4 nobody knew everyone there was disappointed I drove 10 in half hours for vacation and got screwed my kid didn't even get to see them all dressed up r anything didn't Even get to park hop really waste of money the employees said that a celebrity reserved magic Kingdom for rest of day come to find out bs a security told us they shut down for the employees that been there for years to celebrat kinda messed up for the ppl who paid all that money ND didn't get to do anything I'm really disappointed should atleast get a refund more park hopping tickets something just not right took way too long to even get to any other theme park there got lost no help nothing

Absolute garbage annual pass upgrade policy
Really really frustrated here. I called in last week on the last day of our 3 day passes for my wife and kids (Rebecca Perona, Warner, Jaime, and Mason).
I was escalated to a manager because apparently if you use the pass on a weekend, you cant upgrade to a pixie pass annual pass.
On the website there is some REALLY ambiguous and unclear language around this, that did not make sense at all!!
So frustrating.
When they pointed that out, I sent an email to Disney services and still have not received a note back.
My lifetime value as a customer for the next 15 years will be at least $50-60k and honestly, this could be the final straw with Disney.
Just upgrade the passes to Pixie passes please! Make it right and we move on with our lives instead of the system wont let us do it BS.

Park Pass System
I am an international visitor who booked an entire trip to Orlando including hotels and flight from South America only to find out that Disney new reservations system makes it impossible for my family to visit the Magic Kingdom during our trip. They refuse to help us to make a reservation even though we have explained the situation to them, claiming that they cannot accommodate 6 extra people for safety reasons.
How can international customers just wait around to see if a spot at the parks happens to open up? It sucks

Went for one day on our way home from vacation. Visited Hollywood Studios.
I did book a lunch at the Brown Derby months in advance. That's one point you have to plan way in advance just to get a park reservation. Learned about the Genie app after getting to the park. It's replaced Fast Pass and costs 15 dollars a person to book a ride (versus waiting in line for 1-2 hours).
The problem is once you book a ride, you cant book another for 2 hours after your booking; all attractions aren't eligible. Between the Genie and getting status on other things, you spend more time on your mobile than anything. The day becomes more of a quest than an enjoyable experience.
People complain about the cost, but I am amazed how they continue to swallow it. Been going to Disney parks in California and Florida for over 30 years--this is my last visit.
User's recommendation: Book early--reserve early--get the Genie(you don't have a choice)--Don't go if you are looking for a bargain.
