I just lost the tail of my Avatar bookbag and I was asking if there is a way to buy it again because I really want it and I just went to the Animal Kingdom Park just to bought that specifically item and I'm not from the United States and I might never come again... Me and my boyfriend went to the aloha isle on 06/11/2018 at 10:30 And there was this disgusting rude female she was like a whale she had dark brown hair and her name was Katherine. She was very rude to both of us and rushed us through the line and she spilled my dole whip on me. She messed up my order and didn’t care and was rude to us I am going to be complaining to Disney management about Catherin she messed up my order and didn’t care and was rude to us I am going to be complaining to Disney management about Katherine and the other rude stupid employees there. Sounds to me like you are the rude and stupid one. Attacking someones weight about an issue with an order is very uncalled for.

If in fact she did spill your dole whip it was an accident and not on purpose.

And she was probably rushing you because you were taking forever to order and holding up the line which is rude to those behind you. Get over yourself and grow up.

This is my second time here and its the last every ride is at least a two hours wait so crowed and for all the money you spend you get nothing and to boot they now charge you 22 dollars a day for parking.

News flash! I'ts a theme park they are going to have lines, they are not going to open the park just for you.

Second , I just checked the wait times for all attractions at all 4 parks and it's the middle of July one of the busiest times of the year and not one single ride hada 2 hour wait.

Not one. Third why didn't you make fast passes?

If you take 5 seconds to plan you can FP rides and get on with hardly any wait. We go 4-5 times a year, ride several rides each day and never wait more than 30 min.

Your problem is lack of basic planning and research before your trip.

Easy fix. If you never come back, more room for the rest of us.

Wait times for rides is unacceptable. Sidewalks are so crowded, it is dangerous. WDW is a victim of its own success. Their greed outweighs how much they care about the customer experience. I will dissuade anyone I know from going there. Spend your hard-earned vacation dollars at a place that actually cares about giving you s positive experience. Walt Disney World at Spring Break is *** !!!

So you go during one of the busiest times of the year and the complain that it's busy? A tiny amount of research beforehand could have told you that.

We go at least 3 times a year and have nothing but positive experiences - then again we do our research first.

If you never go back it will just make for fewer people for us to contend with. :)

Clearly you aren’t a regular...that is the normal crowd...daily!!! Disney is no longer about magic and all about profit...packing in as many people as physically possible every day all day...you now need a fast pass for...the restroom

No I am a regular who knows Disney inside and out, that does my research and does my proper planning and fast passes and dining reservations. I also know that I am not the only person that wants to go to Disney.

Going during Spring break with no advance planning is stupid. If you plan accordingly though you can have a great trip even when it is busy, but when you approach it with entitlement syndrome like the OP you will not.

What a waste of time and money

First time in 30 years that I have gone, and I will not be going back. What a huge disappointment.

Some of the rides and attractions have not been updated at all. The food prices are ridiculous. And good luck trying to be able to eat at a sit down restaurant without at least an hour wait. The fast pass is a huge failure.

We had our 4-year old granddaughter, and all she wanted to do was see characters, what a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Disney needs to get with it and have more character viewings at different areas of the park.

Multiple Mickeys, Princesses and Donald Ducks can't be that hard to figure out. Never again.

The new Fast Pass Plus System ended with my 40 years of magic on that place. I simply hated it.

First of all, there is literally NOTHING in the park that hasn't had some form of update in 30 years. I go a minimum of 5 times per year so I see the updates.

Some of the updates are just a paint job, but you can't expect them to change every ride as some are classics and we don't want them changed! The prices - I agree, but believe that anyone who goes to a theme park should be aware that it isn't going to be cheap. If the FP system failed you, you weren't using it right.....same with waiting that long at restaurants. We make advanced dining reservations and FP+ picks every trip and have never waited more than 30 minutes for a ride or a restaurant.

But you have to plan a bit first, you can't just go in without doing a lot of research and planning. As for the "multiple characters" quip, you don't understand Disney much do you? Kids aren't stupid....if they see 2 Mickeys they will wonder....just like if a kid sees two different Santas.

Takes away the magic. It sounds like we would all be better off if you stay home.

Reservation problems

After making a reservation a year in advance for a certain loop at the Ft. Wilderness campground and was told that we would get that loop when we got there everything about our reservation was not happening. We tried to talk to the supervisor but we kept getting stupid answers and wrong information. We ended up getting a spot in another loop which we didn't care for because we had been there before and it was near the dog park and full of fleas but they said there wasn't anything they could do to move us. It seemed like our whole trip was spent trying to get correct information but the help was very misinformed. They kept giving us the run around. It's just not worth the money to stay there anymore. I guess we can cross Disney off our list and go to Universal or Sea World.

First of all it is clearly stated that the Disney website that they will make every effort to accommodate room request but they are not guaranteed. So i don't understand your complaint, your just whining because you didn't get your way. Disney customer service is outstanding, for example I made a room request at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and was given way more than what I asked for, i was given a savanna view room when we only paid for a standard room.

I don’t understand how you are unable to make fastpass reservation because the rides no longer have any fast pass the day before or the actual date! It is not fair for people who purchased tickets a month out and have to wait to get to Disney to get their actual ticket and can not make fast pass reservations on time.

The staff is aggressive and not helpful at all. We were hearded like cattle in the direction we could walk several times. You could only ride mabe 4 rides a day and people cut throughout the lines.we told a staff memeber and she said i didnt see it so I cant do anything about it. We had six people with us and spent alot of money only.to be mistreated and not have an enjoyable experience at all. Unfortunately my newborn will never go there.

I always find these complaints interesting. We go to WDW several times a year, including some of the busiest times and have NEVER had issues getting on all of the rides we want.

The Fastpass system is free and incredibly easy to use if you spend five seconds planning ahead. These reviews make me happy because it means less people crowding the parks for those of us who are smart enough to plan.

A day at Hollywood studio

We attended on March 13 2018 I had myself and five other family members. We even had to line up to use the restroom. Went to the Indiana Jones show. After five minutes show ended,tech problem. The food was super expensive and not very good.It is a rip off to pay top dollar then line up from one to two hours to see an attraction. We left at 230pm. I will never return to Disney again. I have been at Disney several times since 1974, this was my worst day ever. The fast pass system in my opinion does not work. Now I see you have fast pass plus.

Sounds like you didn't do any research as all of these problems (except the tech difficulty) could have been solved by 5 minutes worth. The fast pass system is only "bad" for people who are too stupid to understand it and use it correctly.

It take literally seconds to figure it out.

Also, if you went during March you obviously didn't pay attention to high crowd times. Again..research.

Upgrade strollers

I just got back from Disney in Orlando. First time going with grandchildren. Have a suggestion you guys should upgrade your strollers. They are not very comfortable and do not lay back and cover child enough from the sun. With the prices you charge to rent them and for tickets to get in. It’s time for an upgrade. Not enough seating to rest a bit in any of the parks.

I can't speak much about the strollers as I don't have children, although they do allow you to bring in your own. As far as seating, I am more than 100lbs overweight and need to sit a lot.

I have never had an issue finding a comfortable spot to sit.

Occasionally it's in the grass, but almost always there is a bench, a half-wall or some other spot where I can rest my tired butt. Epcot in particular has benches all over the place when you walk from World Showcase to Future World.

You realize if they made them like personal strollers that a flimsy and adjustable people would destroy them in a weeks time. And I never had any problem with them shieldinlding my daughter from the sun,and she is about as pale as they come. If you want you personal stroller, bring your personal stroller.

Cats and Animation Hotel stay

Just returned from a mini vacation with four other family members , we stayed at Arts and Animation resort . It is a very cute place we had the cars suite . We got there on Wednesday morning the room wasn't ready so we went right to the park . We got home late that evening all well . The next evening as always we got in late and nothing in our room had been done !!! Beds weren't made , dirty towels were on the floor and trash cans weren't emptied !! My niece called the desk they sent someone over who knocked on he door , handed us 5 towels , trash bags and left ! This happened for the next 3 days ! You go on vacation and by the end of the day you want to come back take a shower and relax but we couldn't do that ! when paying Thousands of dollars for a suite you expect room service . There should be some sort of compensation !

First of All it is the Art of Animation not Arts And Animation. I have been going to Disney World most of my life and staying at Disney resorts, i have never had my room not cleaned. It sounds to me like you took the option to opt out of Mousekeeping to get the gift card then got mad because they didn't clean your room.

I hope you told someone about this at the front desk, as housekeeping is included at all Disney resorts. In fact, when we were there most recently in January (we go several times a year), they offered us a $60 gift card because we declined housekeeping as there were only two of us and we didn't really want or need it.

So it should have been done. But if you don't let management know then they can't do anything about it.

Walt Disney World - Very disappointed

I purchased a Mickey Statue (Mickey's Sourcer) yesterday. It was the last one there for $55.00.

They told me all I needed was 3 AAA batteries because the hat was suppose to light up. When I got home I put in 3 brand new AAA batteries and it won't work. I'm still trying to resolve this problem so hopefully I will have good news soon. But as of right now not a happy camper.

I feel that good customer service would of let us try this product before bought. When I asked them to try it they just said they didn't have any extra batteries and were sure that when I got home and put them in it would be good. I bought this thinking it would make a cute night light.

I wish I never purchased it. My only advice is if it don't work at the store don't buy it.
